Cauliflower is the favorite of north india. They make it with meat masala and is a very tasty dish. Non vegetarian used it as meat preparation. Here is a preparation of semi fried, side dish with carrot tomato and capsicum

Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1kg
Tomato - 3
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 1
Green chilly - 5
Chilly flakes - 1 and ½ teaspoon
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Chop cauliflower, carrot, capsicum into 1 cm cubes
Chop tomato, green chilly, onion in small sizes
Heat a pan add oil heat well add onion, green chilly and sauté
Lower flame add chilly flakes, turmeric and sauté
Add tomato, carrot, cauliflower and stir for 2 minutes cover and cook well.
