Dhania with pudina chutney

Green chilly 6
Chilly powder ¼ teaspoon
garlic 3 cloves,
Salt ½ teaspoon
Chop pudina and coriander leaves
Chop Gooseberry, tomato,garlic and green chilly
In a hot pan add 1 teaspoon oil and heat 1 minute add chopped Gooseberry, tomato, green chily and garlic and sauté 2 minute add chilly powder and salt and stir, add chopped coriander and pudina leaves and stir till it shrinks. Switch off flame. Cool 2 minutes and grind in a mixie without water.
Heat a pan add oil, when it is hot, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add chutney paste and switch off flame and stir the chutney and serve.
