Garlic butter spread
Ingredients
Soft Butter - 250 gm
Til oil/soyabean oil - 100 gm
Salt ½ teaspoon
Garlic - 15 cloves
Preparation
Crush garlic
Heat a pan add oiland heat when it is hot add crushed garlic and sauté half or turning to start light brown colour switch off flame and cool
Put the garlic in a mixer and grind. Add 2 tablepoons of butter and grind add 2 tablespoons of garlic oil and grind. Add salt and remaining butter and oil. Grind smooth. Put it in a flat bottle/glass container and store.
No need to store in fridge.
If store in fridge, it will be hard. So microwave it for 10 to 20 seconds before use
Spread this on bread and serve.
Note - Kids like this. Use as tiffin food for children
