Tomato 2
Green chilly 5
Salt ½ teaspoon
Oil 20 ml
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder ½ teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Water 1 glass or ½ glass
Chop amla and discard seeds
Chop tomato, green chilly
Grind chopped amla, tomato, green chilly in a mixie.
In a hot pan add mustard seeds when it splutter add grinded amla tomato paste. Add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, water and stir. Cook till boil. Before boiling switch off flame.
This chutney is good for dosa,idli,pakoda
