How to make bitter gourd a tasty dish
INGREDIENTS
Bittergourd -250 gms
Onion - 4
Tomato - 4
Green chilly - 5
Oil - 3 tablespoon
Mustard -1 teaspoon
Chilly flakes -1 and ½ teaspoon
Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
Clean seeds of bittergourd and cut into ½ inch size , thin pieces
Slice onion , tomato , green chilly
Heat a pan add oil and add mustard , when it splutter add bitter gourd pieces, and fry for 3minutes
Add chilly flakes, turmeric, and stir for 1 minute
Add green chilly , onion, and sauté for 2 minutes
Add tomato and sauté well.
Add salt and stir, cover and cook at low flame, for 15 to 20 minutes
Stir after each 2 minutes
Cook till tender. And serve in a serving dish.
Note – This dish is very tasty and even children will like this.
