Left overs pakoda
Do you ever heard about left overs pakoda. Here is a simple recipe you can do at your home by your every day left overs. After 2 days eating the same thing in new style and taste. You will enjoy it.
Preparation
Keep your left over vegetables recipes in fridge. After 2 to 3 days take out all leftover vegetables and mix with some gram flour and corn flour and make a paste/batter add some salt if necessary. Add also some water if necessary.
Heat a pan add oil for deep frying and heat well
Put 1 teaspoon of the batter to the oil
Make 10 pakodas at a time according to width of the pan.
Cover and fry. When it is brown at bottom side, turn and fry.
When it is brown on both sides take out side
And keep in a tissue paper on a plate cool and serve with sour chutney or tomato sauce
