Peanut butter spread
Ingredients
Peanut - 500 gms
Asafetida - pinch
Chilly powder - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 50 to 70 gm
Preparation
Sauté peanut with 1 teaspoon oil in a pan.
Sauté peanut brown and cool
And remove the skins of peanut by pressing them
Heat a pan add oil and heat well
Add chopped garlic and sauté light brown.
Switch off flame and cool little
Add chilly powder and turmeric cool well
Grind peanut to powder
And add the garlic oil to make smooth paste
Store in bottle and keep in fridge
Use as bread spread with salad vegetables
