Raw curd with onion
Raw curd is good for skin diseases and purification of blood. And breathing problems. Here is a preparation with raw curd. It is a very tasy dish . you can store it after preparation. And can use whenever you like It goes very well with rice and roti and with all main foods
How to make raw curd
Heat milk upto 70 degree. When it is luke warm add some butter milk/ curd or some teaspoons of lemon mix well and rest for over night . In winter it will take more time to get curd. Use this curd for this preparation
Ingredients
Onion - 3
Curd - 500 gm
Green chilly - 5
Salt -1 teaspoon
Preparation
Slice onion in long slices
Chop green chilly into thin round slices
Mix onion, green chilly, salt
And smash well with hands
Add curd to smashed onion mix and mix well.
The onion curd is ready to serve.
