Red chilly chutney
Ingredients
Onion 2
Oil 2 tablespoon
Chilly powder 2 teaspoon
Tamarind 1 lemonsize
Salt 1-2teaspoon
Sugar ¼ teaspoon
Preparation
Chop onion
Soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes. Take pulp and sieve
Heat a pan add oil heat well, add onion and sauté well.
Add chilly powder and sauté
Add turmeric pulp and sauté, add salt
Add ¼ cup water boil well add salt and sugar
Store in a bottle. And keep in fridge.
