How to make dry bread powder
Store your left over bread pieces, separately spread them on a paper or a sheet to dry them. Broken the pieces into small pieces and dry them well in sun or in oven. Put the dried broken bread pieces into grinder and make powder and store it
IngredientsDry bread powder - 2cup
Gram flour/besan - 3 cup
Onion - 4
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 6
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoonPreparation
Chop onion in thin long slices.
Chop green chilly in round slices
chop tomato into small pieces
Mix onion, green chilly, salt, chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala
Add gram flour, dry bread powder and mix well.
Add some water to make a pakoda batter
The batter is not thick nor thinHeat oil in a deep frying pan and heat well
Add 1 teaspoon of batter to the oil
Add teaspoons of pakoda batter to the oil separately
Deep fry to gold color on one side and turn
Fry both side to light brown color.
And take the pakodas to a tissue paper in a plate to absorb extra oil
Serve pakodas with tomato sauce.
