Soyabean ladoo
We heard about soyabean/nutrela chunks. Soyabeans are very high in rare vitamins and minerals and is healthy and good for many diseases. Here is different recipe with soyabean pea. How to make soyabean ladoo
Ingredients
Soyabean - 500gm
Jaggery grated - 250
Water - 30 gm
Method
Heat a pan add 1 teaspoon oil add soyabean to it and roast well. It changes its color and starts to splutter. Roast for some time. Remove from flame and cool well. In a grinder grind the roasted soyabean to fine powder
Take a pan pour 30 gm water/6 teaspoons of water boil add jiggery to it and boil and allow the jaggery to melt in low flame. Add the soyabean powder to it and mix well. And remove from flame and make small ladoos. If the flour jaggery mix is cooled, reheat it to make ladoo.
