Fish fry
Fish fry is a tasty side dish. Everyone like fish fry. Here is a simple and easy recipe to fry fish easily. Frying fish in more oil, give it good texture and taste. No burning or sticky at all. Try this method to fry fish
Ingredients
Fish - 500 gm
Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 75 to 100 gm
Preparation
Rinse fish well and remove all water from it. Add chilly, coriander, turmeric, salt and mix well, cover and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes or you can store this in fridge and take whenever you want to fry. The more time you marinate the taste will increase.
Put a pan on flame, pour oil to spread on pan with ¼ cm thickness.
Frying fish in little large amount of oil the fish will not burn at the bottom and not be sticky. It will be well fry on both sides without burning at the bottom or sticky.
Heat well add marinated fish to the oil and spread on the pan fry one side to light dark brown and turn. Fry the other side also, turn and fry. Turn once or twice and fry well. This fish fry is very easy and tasty.
