Sweet corn recipe
Wheat flour 1 cup
Yellow corn flour 1 cup
Jaggery grated/Brown sugar ½ cup
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Water 2 cup
In a half cup luke warm water add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon yeast and mix. Cover for 30 minutes. Till it foams or rise
Heat jaggery in ¼ cup water till it dissolve. And allow it to cool.
In a bowl mix wheat flour, cornflour, salt add foaming yeast and jaggery and mix slowly add the rest of water slowly and wait for 10 to 30 minutes. And pour in a greased microwave bowl and microwave at medium oven/540 W for 10 minutes or till cook in the centre. Increase the time, if necessary.
