How to make milk cream at home

How to make butter at home

Repeat this everyday for one week. And keep the cream in fridge.After 1week take the cream and move it to mixer bowl and churn. At first it double in size. Add water and churn. It will increase in size and add more water and churn. Slowly it will turn to butter. Small particles of butter will form to a mass of butter suddenly. Cream will change into butter. With a spoon collect the scattered butter to one side of the bowl. And make it ball and remove it to a bowl with water.
Add ¼ teaspoon salt to the butter and churn. You will get salty butter.
Add 1 tablespoon sugar powder and 2 pinch salt to the butter and you will get sweet butter

You can use these butter for making cakes, biscuits and for spreading on breads and pizzas, and for making soups.
How to make curd at home.
Boil ½ litre milk in a deep pan.
Cool the milk till luke warm and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix well and leave for overnight.You will get curd in the morning. In winter it will take more time to get curd, so add more vinegar to speed up the process.
