Dosa
Ingredients
Raw rice 4 cup
Urad dal white 1 cup
Methi ½ teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Method
Soak rice and dal and methi in water for 4 to 6 hours.
And grind in a mixie with less water. Add salt Allow it to ferment overnight. If the batter is very thick add some water to make dosa batter. In the morning make dosa in a dosa pan or in a flat non sticky pan. Serve with coconut chutney.
