Carrot and dill leaves fry
Dill leaf is also known as soya leaf. Carrot and dill is a very good side dish. They are rich in vitamin A. It is a fat soluble vitamin so taking it with oil give more benefits. Good for eyes, skin, bones and digestion
Ingredients
Carrot - 300 gm
Tomato - 2
Soya leaf - 50 gm
Green chilly - 5
Chilly flakes - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Chop carrot 1 cm cubes, chop tomato, soya/dill leaf, Green chilly separately
Heat a pan add oil heat well add mustard seeds
When it splutter add carrot green chilly, soya leaf and sauté 5 minutes Add chilly flakes turmeric and salt and sauté well
Add tomato cover and cook till tender.
